Movement Improvement T'ai Chi

"Movement Improvement" for balance and mobility from Rising Phoenix T'ai Chi and Shoulders Down, Inc. is based on the basics of T'ai Chi and Qi Gong, but modified for older adults. Movements are designed and instructed for all levels of physical ability, and taught at a pace all can follow. And, it's fun!

Establishing a F1RST "Movement Improvement T'ai Chi" class at your organization will make you part of a large community effort to reduce falls among our older adult population.

The National Safety Council, Greater Omaha Chapter is proud to have the most certified instructors in Movement Improvement T'ai Chi in the country!

Five to thirty minute Movement Improvement T'ai Chi           demonstrations are available at no charge!

E-mail the F1RST Program Manager or simply give us a call at 898-7358 to set up a demonstration or for information on setting up a class.

If you are interested in information on becoming an instructor, click here to email the coordinator, or call 898-7358.
